FAQs

WHEN WILL WE SHIP YOUR ORDER?

We will ship your order on the same business day if you placed your order by 2:00pm PST (Pacific Standard Time). Any orders processed after 2:00pm will be shipped the following business day.

WHAT DAYS DO WE SHIP ORDERS?

We ship Monday through Friday excluding weekends and major holidays.

WHERE DO WE SHIP FROM?

We ship from Costa Mesa, California, USA.  We also sell many products on Amazon.

WHAT SHIPPING CARRIERS DO WE USE?

We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) and FedEx as we feel that these are the most cost effective and reliable shipping carriers to get our Emoji products to your door.

DO WE OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

Yes! We offer free shipping to the United States on all orders of $35 or more.

WHERE DO WE SHIP TO?

Our shipping providers ship worldwide. We recommend using a land and/or civilian address when ordering from us as APO, FPO, and DPO services may take longer than expected - up to 45 days.

YOUR ORDER IS LATE OR LOST - WHAT NOW?

If your order hasn't reached you within 15 business days, please contact your local post office or the shipping carrier that you chose. The most common case is that your shipping provider is holding your package.

If you feel that your order is taking longer than expected or you feel that your order has been lost in transit, please contact us at help@everythingemoji.com. Please make sure to include your order number, tracking number, and correct delivery address so that we can help assist you as quickly as possible.

 

YOUR TRACKING NUMBER DOESN’T WORK.

Please allow 24-72 hours for the tracking system to update. USPS and FedEx tracking systems often take a day or so to process new shipments and update their transit status.
If your tracking number is not available after up to 5 days, please contact us at help@everythingemoji.com. Please make sure to include your order number, tracking number, and correct delivery address so that we can help assist you as quickly as possible.

 

YOU PROVIDED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS. WHAT DO YOU DO?

Don’t worry, turn that frown upside down. In the event that you accidentally provided the wrong address, please contact us ASAP so that we can correct your address before the order is shipped out

WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS?

Customs will vary from country to country. Please allow extra time for your order to get through your countries Customs and delivered to you. EverythingEmoji is not liable for the extra time the package takes to get delivered or the fees/taxes/duties that come with it. EverythingEmoji is not responsible for any confiscated packages. It is recommended that you look into the Customs laws in the country you will be shipping too.

CAN YOU SEND A GIFT TO SOMEONE?

Of course! Everyone loves a gift, especially an Emoji! Just make sure that the billing address is your billing address (so that the payment information is sent to you) and then enter the correct shipping address of that special someone who is receiving your gift.
